Supply Chain Management Vision The core objective of EOI Optoelectronics’ procurement and outsourcing operations is to establish a competitive, transparent, fair, and impartial procurement platform to identify qualified suppliers and reliable partners for equipment, materials, and engineering services, thereby supporting the Group’s continued business growth and operational needs.
To promote sustainable corporate development (ESG), the Group has established comprehensive Supplier Management Procedures and Outsourced Processing Supplier Management Procedures. Through rigorous new supplier qualification, regular ESG risk assessments, and supplier performance evaluations, we ensure that our supply chain meets key criteria including Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service, Technology, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
At the same time, to ensure the safety of our business partners, all production sites of the Group strictly comply with applicable occupational health and safety laws and regulations. We implement contractor safety and hazard communication requirements as well as safety supervision, working together with our supply chain partners to build long-term strategic partnerships based on safety, integrity, and sustainability.
Supplier Overview EOI Optoelectronics is committed to building long-term relationships with suppliers based on mutual trust, cooperation, and shared growth. The Group’s suppliers are primarily classified into three major categories:

  • Construction and Equipment / Engineering Services
  • Contracting and Services / Labor Services
To promote a green supply chain, reduce transportation-related carbon emissions through local procurement, and contribute to the economic development and prosperity of the communities in which we operate, the Group promotes a local procurement strategy. We maintain a high proportion of domestic procurement and work together with qualified local partners to establish long-term strategic partnerships characterized by resilience, flexibility, and competitiveness.
Conflict Minerals Policy As a responsible global corporate citizen, EOI Optoelectronics declares and commits that it does not accept or use conflict minerals originating from conflict-affected and high-risk areas. We also require all suppliers to comply with EOI’s Conflict Minerals Procurement Policy and to communicate these sustainability requirements to their upstream suppliers, working together to prevent illegal mining activities that may contribute to human rights violations.
