Reuse of waste resources:




The waste management of Lianjia Optoelectronics adheres to the principle of recycling. In order to avoid waste that cannot be effectively treated under environmental impact, through source classification, process waste reduction and recycling and other operations, the amount of waste in incineration and landfill is reduced. In terms of external treatment, reuse is the priority, followed by incineration and burial.




Through the inspection and evaluation of waste recycling in the factory, and the development of relevant units and visits to processing manufacturers, a reduction plan is proposed:

Carrier waste recycling




process produces a large amount of carrier waste . After inspection, communication and evaluation, a recycling manufacturer is found to convert the carrier waste from incineration plants to recycling and recycling. The benefits are as follows:
  1. Reduction of 74~98 tons of CO 2 e emissions per year (emissions = 3~4 tons per month * 12/ year * emission coefficient 2.06 = 74~98tons )
  2. The effect of recycled plastic raw materials is counted by recycling manufacturers

After inspection, communication and evaluation, the manufacturing department assists in cutting and reducing the volume of the air bubble bag waste generated by the raw material packaging, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the number of clearing and transportation. The benefits are as follows:
  1. Frequency of cleaning and transportation: The frequency of cleaning and transportation has been reduced from once a month to once every two months , and the waste storage space in the factory has been increased.
  2. CO 2 Emissions: By reducing CO 2 from transportation , approximately 136 kg of CO 2 e emissions can be reduced per year
  3. Emissions = Hsinchu Incineration Plant one-way distance 17.3km*6 times / year*emission coefficient 0.00131=0.1359ton

Roll waste reuse:




The material rolls used in the company's internal distribution will be reused many times after screening:
The average daily use is about 150~200 (the number of daily use is irregular, it depends on the work order , some are used for the first time, some are used repeatedly, about 100 small, about 50 medium, about 50 large)




Estimated savings from reuse:


If the reel is purchased by yourself, the approximate cost of 3 sizes is: small 4.1 yuan , medium 5.2 yuan, and large 29.9 yuan. The benefits of the reel :
  1. Up to about: 4.1*100+5.2*50+29.9*50=2,165 yuan per day, 47,630 yuan per month , 571,560 yuan per year
  2. Minimum: 4.1*76+5.2*37+29.9*37=1,610 yuan per day, 35,420 yuan per month , 425,040 yuan per year
  3. Average: daily (2,165+1,610)/2=1888 yuan, 41,525 yuan per month , 498,300 yuan per year
