EOI has won the "Best Employer Brand Award" at the first Employer Brand Awards hosted by 104 Job Bank. Out of 444 participating companies, it became one of the 46 enterprises to receive this prestigious honor.

EOI Upholds a "People-Oriented" management philosophy to create a friendly and positive workplace environment. EOI's President, Fanny Huang, stated: "We place great importance on industry exchange and talent training. We actively conduct lectures at major universities and EMBA institutes in Taiwan for industry exchange. Additionally, we organize visits to benchmark enterprises and host forums on human resources and ESG to enhance the internal competitiveness of our talents, setting an example and nurturing future industry leaders. EOI integrates industry-academia collaboration, government agencies, and professional training institutions to attract outstanding talents from diverse fields through a multi-dimensional recruitment approach. We have also established an internal talent referral system to inject new energy. Kevin Wang, Senior Manager of the Management Department, stated, "We have established a comprehensive training system and career development plan to help employees continuously enhance their abilities and achieve career growth!"

In addition to continually optimizing the compensation and benefits system with annual salary adjustments, EOI implemented female career development interviews in 2023 to cultivate outstanding female executives and provide gender equality education and training.
