Controls in LED Package |
The reliability
tests related to process controls are shown in Table 1. And the
entire process control is conducted or monitored by Quality Assurance
Department according to the standard specification of each product.The
process controls include work stations on line inspection, material
inspection, equipment functions inspection adnd LED performance
inspection.
